DANIEL J. HORGAN, ESQ
Attorney Daniel J.Horgan has been a member of the Connecticut (CT) Bar and the United States District Court, District of Connecticut since 1990. He has spent his entire legal career as a trial lawyer, etching a reputation as a sincere, honest and zealous advocate for his clients. His practice is concentrated in civil litigation including personal injury, product liability, insurance litigation, police brutality and civil rights cases, workers’ compensation cases, medical and dental malpractice for the plaintiff, and tractor trailer/automobile collisions.
Mr. Horgan has handled personal injury matters of all kinds, including wrongful death, major motor vehicle accidents, fall downs, dog bites, and harassment in the workplace. He recently secured a $1.2 million dollar settlement for a teenager who was killed in a van rollover accident, while participating in a church youth group in Albuquerque, New Mexico (NM). He also secured a multi-million dollar settlement on behalf of a family whose grandparents were killed in a motor vehicle accident in Auburn, Massachusetts (MA) involving a Canadian trucking company. Dan was one of four lawyers representing victims of the tragic Rhode Island Station fire which resulted in a settlement of $176 million dollars for the victims.
Mr. Horgan is routinely chosen by other lawyers to act as both the mediator and arbitrator in settling personal injury disputes. He has lectured at various seminars and programs sponsored by the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and local civic groups.
Attorney Horgan is on the Board of Governors for the Connecticut Bar Association and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. He devotes his free time to his family and his community of Waterford, Connecticut (CT) where he coaches girls Lacrosse.
DAVID J. PAZZAGLIA, ESQ
Attorney Pazzaglia represents injured individuals in all types of personal injury matters including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, fall downs, dog bites, wrongful death and products liability cases. Attorney Pazzaglia also represents claimants or injured workers in Workersâ€™ Compensation litigation throughout the State of Connecticut and primarily in the Norwich District. Attorney Pazzaglia grew up in New London County attending Saint Bernardâ€™s High School. He received his B.A. degree from Salem State University where he played collegiate hockey before moving on to play junior hockey in Canada. He then received his Juris Doctorate Degree at the Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, Massachusetts. Attorney Pazzaglia practiced law in Boston before returning home to Southeastern Connecticut. He is licensed to Practice law in all State and Federal Courts of Connecticut, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Mashuntucket Pequot Tribal Court, Mohegan Gaming Disputes and Mohegan Tribal Court. Attorney Pazzaglia is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyersâ€™ Association and Connecticut Bar Association. He currently resides in Niantic where he is a member of the Town of East Lyme planning and zoning committee.

Attorney Chester Fairlie has enjoyed being a Trial Attorney in New London County, Connecticut (CT) for forty-one years. He has achieved significant successes in personal injury claims including a recent jury verdict of $1.3 million dollars along with out of Court settlements of over one million dollars. Attorney Fairlie is especially experienced in claims by victims of crime. He is a member of the National Center for Victims of Crime and a member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association where he frequently lectures at national seminars. Attorney Fairlie has also taught paralegal studies at Three Rivers Community College. Attorney Fairlie has always been involved in his community. From 1987 to 1992 he was an Emergency Medical Technician and a part-time member of ambulance crews with the Groton Ambulance Association.
Currently, Mr. Fairlie is a part-time Chaplain Intern at the Emergency Department of the Lawrence and Memorial Hospital in New London, Connecticut (CT). He resides in Niantic, Connecticut (CT) with his wife Joan; he has 3 grown children and several grandchildren.
